Leaders today face a significant challenge:

How to address mental health in a way that benefits both employees and the organization.

Partner with Us

We’ve worked with thousands of leaders who run successful organizations and genuinely care about their people. They are doing the things they believe will provide the necessary support and feel like they've got their people covered – until they don't. This is when we often step in to help bridge the gap.

What Bucket Are You In?

There are three approaches to workplace mental health and one that all leaders should consider. At MHI, we believe in rehumanizing mental health in the workplace. This approach goes beyond traditional methods, fostering a culture where mental health is a part of the organizational fabric, promoting empathy, understanding, and proactive support.

Consider your approach to mental health at work. Does it primarily focus on awareness (bucket 1), offer clinical solutions (bucket 2), or does it seek to rehumanize the workplace (bucket 3)?

Understanding where you stand is the first step toward transformative change.

Rehumanizing Mental Health

Our approach, featuring action-oriented strategies like implementing the WeCARE™ eLearning program, equips people-leaders at all levels with the skills and courage to lean in and support those who are struggling.

Our clients engage us to help their leaders in simplifying, de-medicalizing, and breaking down the complexities of mental health support.

“Many CEOs today are looking for guidance on how to deal with this (mental health) crisis. I encourage every leader to take the time to learn more from MHI. To do so may be both life-changing and life-saving.”

— John Wilson, Founder & CEO, CEO Global Network

Our Services

  • Addressing silent struggles is non-negotiable. In today's rapidly evolving workplace landscape, it’s imperative to prioritize mental well-being and foster a culture of genuine care and support.

WeCARE™ is a complement to professional clinical solutions, not a substitute. By teaching employees to demonstrate care for each other early on, your workplace can avoid the costly consequences of more serious clinical illness for your teams. This innovative approach significantly impacts workplace mental health, transforming productivity, well-being, and support within the work environment.

  • Building a peer support program doesn’t happen overnight. We help leaders implement innovative peer support programs designed to bolster workplace mental health. Our People Support Program creates a well-rounded support system that addresses the human and social aspects of maintaining mental wellness.

We also offer comprehensive training programs for organizations aiming to improve awareness and management of mental health in the workplace.

  • Envision a future where your lived experience not only empowers and gives hope to others but also enriches your own growth. Peer support is an art which involves a significant amount of self-awareness, thoughtfulness and thinking through where our actions will lead us. This is why standardized, proven training is crucial to create the foundations, structures and networks peer supporters need to ensure safe practice.

We provide training sessions in two formats: live, in-person and virtual training accessible to individuals and groups. Both options are available not only to organized groups but also to members of the public who wish to join independently.

  • Consider peer support as a viable and complementary means of supporting first responders well after an incident has taken place.

In addition to the critical incident response, peer support can provide first responders with a confidential, safe space to share when they need it most, on their own time, outside of a formal setting. We offer dedicated support and resources for first responders, addressing the unique mental health challenges faced in their line of work.
